There has been some exciting changes over the past month at Oxford Aunts, with the move into our new office in Eynsham and welcoming new faces to the team. Recently, Kerri-Anne joined us in her new role as Head of Oxford Aunts, she will be responsible for improving the company’s overall operations and efficiencies. Kerri-Anne previously worked as a Regional Operations Manager for our sister company, The Good Care Group, so has a successful background in senior roles and brings with her knowledge and experience within the care sector. Meet Charlotte, our Registered Manager

“What I enjoy the most about my job is working for a fantastic team of people and being amazed by the difference that the special people that become live-in carers make to the lives of vulnerable people” says Charlotte our Registered Manager. A key part of being a registered manager is ensuring all our care workers and clients are safe.  As well as managing incidents effectively and working closely with the operations, recruitment and clients services teams to discuss new clients and carers. Hourly Care at Oxford Aunts

With this in mind, we have the exciting news that we are now looking to expand our services and are seeking Hourly Care Assistants based within the Oxfordshire area to join our team. This will be to cover our Live in Carers breaks. You will have the opportunity to do a minimum of 3 hour shifts or cover our long breaks of 8 hours.
