Hourly Care at Oxford Aunts

At Oxford Aunts we have been taking care of everything to ensure that we provide an exceptional service to our community since 1967. With this in mind, we have the exciting news that we are now looking to expand our services and are seeking Hourly Care Assistants based within the Oxfordshire area to join our team. This will be to cover our Live in Carers breaks. You will have the opportunity to do a minimum of 3 hour shifts or cover our long breaks of 8 hours. This is great as you can earn well with less travel and will rarely have to travel or work during unsociable hours.

We offer:

  • A guaranteed pay contract – consistent pay for an agreed minimum amount of hours every week (up to 25 hours a week)
  • Excellent pay rate of £13 per hour during the week and £15 on weekends
  • 45p per mile and paid time between calls
  • Double pay on bank holidays
  • FREE Blue Light Card
  • Plus many more!

Louise Joslin (General Manager) shares:

“For some time now we have been talking with clients and carers about how Oxford Aunts could support by beginning a service that covers our own breaks. A number of clients have expressed an interest in this and we are so pleased to be able to offer this.  It means that we are able to offer more support to keep our clients living safely and happily in their own communities.  It also means we are able to offer even more flexible opportunities for carers to join our team”.
