We are always looking for dedicated and compassionate carers to join our exceptional team. Our successful refer-a-friend scheme has seen us reward many of our existing carers who have referred a friend or family member to join us in the last two years.
We know that Oxford Aunts is a great place to work – in 2019 31% of our new carers came from referrals. Up to £250 is yours when they successfully pass their induction training and work with us for a minimum of 12 weeks.
How does it work?

You receive £50 when we receive their application and it meets our criteria.

We even reward the person being referred – they get £100 cash when they start their first placement.
All payments are gross and are subject to UK tax.
