At Oxford Aunts, we have recently been delivered the news that we have been shortlisted for an award that focuses on equality, diversity and inclusion. We’re proud that our team come from many different backgrounds and nationalities. What each person brings to Oxford Aunts is unique and it is their individual life experiences that help them to provide the very best care to our clients. Our company demographics have shown that we currently have 31 nationalities working with us. We also have a wide age range between 21-80, averaging at 56, which is very positive in its outlook.
