What skills are we looking for?
We’re looking for reliable and compassionate individuals who have hands-on professional care experience. As this role is lone working you must also have the confidence and ability to work independently, as well as remaining calm in what can sometimes be challenging situations.
You’ll use your excellent communication skills and caring nature to help make a difference to the lives of the people you care for. It’s important that you are able to maintain clear and accurate records and have the confidence to use online systems, but don’t worry we will also provide training on these.
