“What I enjoy the most about my job is working for a fantastic team of people and being amazed by the difference that the special people that become live in carers make to the lives of vulnerable people” says Katy, our Registered Manager.

A key part of being a registered manager is ensuring all our care workers and clients are safe.  As well as managing incidents effectively and working closely with the operations, recruitment and clients services teams to discuss new clients and carers. It’s a very varied role, impacting on all parts of the business such as health and safety, digital technology, hourly care and improvements to systems and processes.
