Our hourly care manager, Helen Johnson

“I really value being able to help people stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Knowing that the work we do each day supports clients to live safely and comfortably where they feel happiest is the most rewarding part of my role.” says Helen, our hourly care manager.

Helen is a care manager who plays a key role in ensuring clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality support. She oversees care delivery day to day, making sure visits are completed on time, care plans remain accurate and up-to-date, and that clients’ needs are regularly reviewed. Her role also includes carrying out assessments, reviews and supervisions, training carers, supporting the wider care team, and working closely with the Registered Manager to maintain excellent standards of care.

Helen has worked in the care sector since the age of 18 and has spent the past five years in a care management role. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time at home with her three dogs, taking them for walks, and meeting up with friends
