Our care manager, Karsh Davey

“The most rewarding aspect of my role is finding the perfect match, where both the client and carer are happy.” says Karsh, our care manager.

Karsh plays a key role in supporting clients and their families, while working closely with our carers to ensure each placement is the right fit. From identifying the most suitable carers for individual needs to resolving day-to-day challenges, he focuses on listening carefully and finding practical, compassionate solutions that help everyone feel supported.

With over 40 years of experience in adult social care, Karsh brings extensive knowledge and dedication to his role. He began his career in care homes through a youth training scheme and worked exclusively in residential care before joining Oxford Aunts in 2019. He holds an NVQ Level 4 in Adult Social Care and the Registered Managers Award.

Outside of work, Karsh is a passionate football fan who supports Reading and Thatcham Town, and enjoys groundhopping – having visited more than 270 football grounds across the UK and Europe. He also loves films, especially the Carry On series, and has met several of the stars over the years; even holding an Oscar along the way. A keen runner, he has completed 50 marathons and ultra-marathons and takes part in a weekly parkrun, with nearly 450 events under his belt.
