Working for Oxford Aunts Care
We might be leaving the EU but we want you!! No changes here!
It’s our carers that really make us stand out. We would not be able to provide the highest quality of care without our dedicated and experienced ‘Aunts’ and we are always looking to add more to our team.
Being a live-in carer is an incredibly rewarding role. It also offers flexibility around your availability, lifestyle, working holiday or travel plans. Because of this many of our carers return to us to undertake assignments again and again.
As a carer for Oxford Aunts Care you must be of good character, well presented, fit and active, organised and able to work alone and on your own initiative. You must also be kind, patient and prepared to respect and fit in with the client’s lifestyle. In return you will get a rewarding and enjoyable experience helping someone to remain living in their own home.
At Oxford Aunts Care we fully support our carers through an experienced head office team. We provide free dormitory-style accommodation when you do your induction training, as well as ongoing training and supervision during your assignment. And, with Europe on your doorstep, travel and holidays are affordable and easy.
