Chris has a wealth of commercial and care sector expertise having worked for an international residential care company and premium live-in care provider. 

Chris is keen to maintain the traditions and exceptional standards of Oxford Aunts in providing very individual and person-centred care.

Tracy Wiskin Image Oxford Aunts

Tracy Wiskin Registered Manager, Nurse and Midwife

Tracy joined Oxford Aunts originally in 1982 as a nurse, nanny and babysitter for about a year. She returned as a trainer in 2007 and took a permanent position as Care Manager in 2009.

In 2018 Tracy became our Registered Manager and will gradually be decreasing her client numbers to throw herself into her new position.

Her interests include travel, reading, music and caravanning.

Michelle Boba Image Oxford Aunts

Michelle Boba Senior Care Manager

Michelle Joined Oxford Aunts in 2016 as Care Manager and in 2018 took on the Senior Care Manager role.  She has had experience for 30+ years within the care industry. 

Her interests include her dog Gigi, reading, cooking and travel.

Elaine Griese Care Manager

Elaine joined Oxford Aunts in the beginning of 2018 as a Live-In Carer and has since joined the Care Managers’ team.

She has previous experience gained as an Assistant Branch Manager and Development Manager for a Corporation in Southern Africa which she feels has helped her prepare for working with Carers, clients and various situations on a daily basis and is enjoying this career change.

Elaine's hobbies include travelling, yoga, trying to cook good vegetarian curries and hiking.

Parmjit Dulai Image Oxford Aunts

Parmjit Dulai Care Manager

Parmjit, known as "Pam" joined Oxford Aunts in 2019 as Care Manager. She brings with her, not only her nursing background, but also almost 12 years of experience in care.

She enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family, of which she has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

Shila Odedra-Silvera Business Development Manager

Shila has a background heavily focused on Customer Service Excellence and prior to joining the team at Oxford Aunts, she worked for a premium residential care provider. Her primary goals are to ensure that the excellent reputation built up by Oxford Aunts over the last 52 years is communicated to all who might need our live-in care services whilst also working with local people and communities within Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. Her interests include her fabulous family, long walks with Charlie the lab, live music and volunteering as an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Champion.

Jake moved up from Canterbury, Kent to join Oxford Aunts in 2018 as a Care Adviser.

His interests include travelling, film, art and music.

Elaine joined Oxford Aunts in 1991 as a care assistant then care manager until 1997. She then returned in 2002 to the new role of Assessor.

Her interests include horses, walking, history and reading.

Sarah joined Oxford Aunts in 2015.  Sarah is a fully qualified and registered Occupational Therapist graduating in 2009.  Sarah has herself experience in live-in care working as a care-assistant for more than a year.

Sarah became a Mummy in 2018 to a beautiful baby boy. Her interests include family time, keeping active through sports, yoga and not forgetting long walks with her very energetic dog, Murphy.

After 10 years in health care, Wendy joined Oxford Aunts in 2015, experiencing live-in care for two years.

Her interests include traveling, art and mountain climbing.

Amanda joined Oxford Aunts in November 2018.  She has 12 years’ experience in the Care Industry, both as a live-in carer and a Care Manager.  Her interests are spending time in France and Ireland whenever possible, good food and being with friends and family.

Helen joined Oxford Aunts in 2007. Her interests include family and group holidays - especially skiing in Alps and sailing around Greek Islands; good for the soul… not the wallet!

Sarah joined Oxford Aunts in 2015 and in 2019 took on the extra role of Office Manager.

Her interests include music, camping, reading and socialising.

Erica joined Oxford Aunts in 2013 as trainer. She is a qualified social worker with an MSC in disability management and vocational rehabilitation. With over 30 years experience in the Health and Social care industry.

Her interests include rugby, children’s literature and travelling.

Jacqui Skott Image Oxford Aunts

Jacqui Skott Trainer

Jacqui joined Oxford Aunts in 2014 as a Live in carer, she became a Care Manager in February 2018 and has now swapped roles to be another trainer.  She has over 30 years in the care and health industry as a Mental Health Nurse, Therapist and a Teacher.

Jacqui enjoys staying fit, reading, cooking and travel.
