This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to shape the future of our home care services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, generating leads, and driving sales growth. This hybrid role offers a great deal of autonomy, allowing you to manage your own diary.

- Salary: £42,000 per annum, plus travel paid at 40p per mile
Key responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new partners to drive business growth
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about market trends and opportunities
- Represent Oxford Aunts’ values and contribute to the achievement of business objectives
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prior business development experience is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Strong knowledge of the care sector (live-in care preferred)
- Commercially astute with an understanding of the care industry
- Ability to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Excellent planning, organisational, and networking skills
- Proven sales and rapport-building abilities
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Positive “can-do” attitude
