  • Excellent Pay Rates plus Holiday Pay

You can earn between £5,460and £6,720 for 12 weeks work. In addition you can accrue between £599 and £737 holiday pay over the same 12 weeks.

  • Double Pay for Christmas and other Public Holidays

Double rates are paid for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Spring and Autumn bank holidays.

  • Weekly Pay

We’ll deduct your UK taxes at source and pay weekly straight into your bank account.

  • Various Incentives

New Care Givers - up to 5 nights free dormitory style accommodation and full cooked English breakfast when you do your induction training, £15 towards your travel from London, plus a refund of your UK police check fee after 12 weeks working on assignment with us (conditions apply).   Returning Care Givers - up to 3 nights free dormitory style accommodation and full cooked English breakfast when you do your update training, £15 towards your travel costs from London, plus free UK police check if needed (conditions apply).

  • Free board & lodging whilst working

Your food and accommodation are all provided by your client when you work on assignment - a great way to augment your cash flow and savings.

  • Good time off

You get 3 hours off per day. In longer-term jobs you also get an extended 8 hour break on one of the days each week - but you still get your full 7 days pay!

  • UK police check costs refunded

We’ll refund the cost of your UK police check when you complete 12 weeks work on assignment with us.

  • Free induction training plus perks

Induction training is entirely free and we’ll also pay you an allowance towards travel costs from your London base or UK airport. During this time, you can acquire the specialist knowledge and skills needed for live-in care work. You’ll also get signed certificates of attendance and a comprehensive training manual.

  • Paid ongoing training sessions

We’ll pay for your time and travel when you attend our ongoing training sessions because we think it’s important for you to have every opportunity to update and improve your skills.

  • Friendly and professional support

Our team of nurses and care managers will be on hand when you need advice and support. We also operate a 24-hour on call service so you’ll never be without expert backup.

You’ll be helping people to remain living in their own homes and to continue enjoying their life. And you’ll be meeting people from all walks of life, including academia, business, politics and the world of arts. Most of our jobs are within an 80 mile radius of Oxford, in county towns and the countryside, as well as in London, Cambridge, Bristol, Bath, etc. You won’t have a better opportunity to get the feel of the English countryside or to experience city life!

  • Flexible working patterns

You can work longer-term or for a few months and then go travelling or go home and return and work for us again. Last year over 42% of the people who worked for us were “returners” - many of whom have been with for us for years.
